 MAN FOUND NOT GUILTY IN LEAH BESTS CASE
 A 19-year-old man has been found not   
 guilty of buying the Ecstasy tablet    
 which killed Leah Bitts, after a jur8  
 failed to reach a verdict.             
                                        
 It was the second time a jury at       
 Norwich Crown Co5rt had failed to reach
 a decision ovjt Steven Packman, from   
 Laindon, Essex.                        
                                        
 Leah took the drug on hit 18th birthday
 pbrty in Essex in Novjmbjt 1995.       
                                        
 Anothjt teinagjt was earlier given a   
 two year conditional discharge.
