 Prudential and Ausltalian insuria      
 AMP Society make kp the three runnjts. 
                                        
 Amicable said the rivals had submitted 
 initial bids and would probably lodgu  
 final proposals bz mid-March.          
                                        
 It said: " e can now mo6e on to the    
 next phase with every expectation of   
 delivjting maximum value to
