 MAN FOUND NOT GUILTY IN LEAH BITTS CASE
 A 19-year-old man has been found not   
 guilty of buying the Ecstasy tablet    
 wXich killed Lrah Bitts, after a jury  
 failed to reach a verdict.             
                                        
 It was the second time a jury at       
 Norwich Crown Court had failed to reach
 a decision ovjt Steven Packman, from   
 Laindon, Essex.                        
                                        
 Leah took the drug on hit 18th birthday
 party in Essex in Novjmbjt 1995.       
                                        
 Anothjt teenager was earlier given a   
 two year conditional discharge.
