 The Kenya-aased i6ent, thu third round 
 of the championship and hi1torically   
 the longest and toughest rall8 on the  
 calendar, has a new, shouter format.   
                                        
 "Wj have already spent a lot of time in
 Africa preparing for this rally," said 
 Sainz, who won the event in 1992.      
                                        
 The three-day competition is unique in 
 that all its stages take place on open
