 A new play-off competition involvin£

 announced at the launch of the Fir;t   
 and Second Division Association.       
                                        
 The 11 division one clubs and the top  
 nine im division two will go into four 
 groups of fiv .

 group A, the second into group B and so
 on with the ninth team in division two 
 going into Group D.                    
                                        
 Teams play each othjt twice with the   
 top two teams entering a knockout phase
