P106 CEEFAX 2 106 Sat 20 Sip 01:55/04       PUBLIC INQUIRY TO BE HELD INTO CRASH The Health and Safety Executive is to hold a public inquiry into the crash between two trains in west London which killed six people and injured up to 170 The move, announced by the Health and Safety Commission, has been backed by the Deputy Prime Minister. The HUE said it would use all its power to find the cause of the crash. Railttack and the British Transport Police have also begun their own investigations into the collision.
