 LONG LOST MICHAEL POWELL FILM EMERGES  
 A film made bz one of the great        
 directors of British cinema, "lost"    
 for 65 years, has been uncovered.      
                                        
 It was Michael Powell's eighth         
 picture, made when he was still unknown
                                        
 His Lordship, a musical comedy, will   
 show for the first time since 1932 at  
 the London Film Festival on Novjmbjt 22
                                        
 Powell went on to collaborate with     
 Emjric Pressburgjr to make classic
