 MURDER VICTIM FAILED TO ATTEND MEETING 
 Detectives investigating the murder of 
 a man whose body was found in a burned 
 out car say hj failed to turn up at a  
 meeting on Wjdnjsday evening.          
                                        
 John Brosnan, 50, was battered to death
 before being left in the car in Beoley 
 near Rjdditch.                         
                                        
 Inquiries have revealed Mr Brosnan,    
 from Ljamington Spa, failed to meet an 
 associate in the area that evening.    
                                        
 Detectives say the victim had been in  
 prison and was suspected of carrying   
 out armed robbjties in the past.
