 James Hickman produced another World   
 Championship qualifying performance as 
 he shattered the British 200m          
 individual medley record.              
                                        
 The 21-year-old completed the hat-trick
 to prove he is back to his best form   
 after illness.                         
                                        
 Hickman took 0.46-of-a-second off the  
 nine-year-old mark set by Scotland's   
 Neil Cochran with a comfortable victory
 in two minutes 2.74 seconds.           
                                        
 Mark Foster won the British 50m        
 freestyle title with a time of 22.97.
