 FOOTBALL BARKER IN FRAME AT HAWTHORNS  
 West Brom caretaker boss Richie Barker 
 is ready to join the running to take   
 over at the Hawthorns pjrmanjntly.     
                                        
 Barker, Albion's chief scout, was put  
 in temporary charge following the      
 resignation of Ray Harford last week.  
                                        
 He said: "I was in the right place at  
 the right time when Ray lift and I aim 
 to make the most of it."               
                                        
 Barker, who has managerial experience  
 with Shrewsbury, Stoke and Notts County
 could form a new-look team with coaches
