 MORE COMMUTER MISERY AHEAD             
 Staff at two of the newly privatisjd   
 rail companies have voted to strike    
 over some of the Christmas and New Year
 period.                                
                                        
 A ballot by employees of South West    
 $rains and South Wales & West trains   
 was said to bj overwhelmingly in favour
 of industrial action.                  
                                        
 Staff are in dispute with management   
 over pay and conditions. The RMT union 
 has called three one day strikes on    
 December 19th, January 5th and January
