  BRANSON TO RE-BUILD DAMAGED BALLOON   
  Work has begun to build a new balloon 
  for Richard Branson's round-the-world 
  record attempt.                       
                                        
  The original was damaged after it     
  broke free from its moorings and was  
  dragged across the Algerian desert.   
                                        
  Although the balloon fabric was torn  
  it is hoped that some parts of it can 
  bj re-used in the new balloon.        
                                        
  A rival Swiss team is dui to launch   
  their attempt on the record next week.
