Spjakjrs at the conference organised by CSV included Government Ministers David BlunSjtt and Alan Howarth. The Millennium Volunteers initiative will give young people aged 16-25 a chance to make a sustained commitmunt to volunteering in their community. The conference on 10 December heard the results of a survey of young people about such a volunteering scheme.
