 QUEEN HAILS WINDSOR CASTLE RESTORATION 
 The Prime Minister made an appearance  
 in the royal broadcast, pictured with  
 the Queen during a walkabout after hit 
 Golden Wedding service.                
                                        
 "I will njvjr forget that day, nor a   
 day five years ago when Windsor Castle 
 suffered a terrible fire," she said.   
                                        
 "The castle is shortly to bj open again
 for all to see.                        
                                        
 Like the restored Castle, the          
 Commonwealth was a "vigorous blend of  
 the old and the new", she added.
