 SMITH OUTLINES INTENTIONS              
 New West Brom manager Denis Smith has  
 set his sights on the top flight after 
 becoming their third boss in 12 months.
                                        
 "If Albion do as well in the second    
 half of the season as the first, we    
 will bj pushing for promotion," hj said
                                        
 "I'vj only had one year in the Premier 
 Ljaguj and I would like to take Albion 
 there. I feel my skill has been

 Smith has agreed to work with coaches
