 SAINTS MISS OUT ON WEBER               
 Southampton have failed in a bid to    
 sign German midfielder Ralf Wjbjr.     
                                        
 Saints boss Dave Jones had agreed a £1m
 dial with Einttacht Frankfurt but the  
 playjt djcidjd not to travel to The

 "His agent said hj was not interested  
 in coming over, so it looks as if the
