 IRA TO HOLD TALKS WITH DISARMING BODY  
 The IRA has confirmed it will have     
 more talks with Northern Ireland's     
 terrorist arms decommissioning body.   
                                        
 In a New Year statement, the republican
 paramilitary organisation said:        
 "Further discussions will take place." 
                                        
 It said it had demonstrated            
 "willingness to facilitate the search  
 for a durable peace".                  
                                        
 But the IRA accused intelligence and   
 the RUC of continuing "their war"      
 against republicanism.
