Officials told Spjakjr Mgabhi Dlamini to pay a fine in cattle and said further punishment was likely later. Dlamini said hj had planned to use the dung — which is believed to have mystical power — to conduct magic rituals to protect King Mswati III. Some producers in the capital, Hanoi, are thought to have added formaldehyde to noodles to maintain their freshness.
