 CONCERT REVENUE SEEN AT $7bn IN 2000   
 BT, the UK's biggest phone company and 
 AT&T, the top US long distance phone   
 company, say their $10bn joint venture,
 Concert, has reached financial closure.
                                        
 The companies forecast Concert will    
 gjnjrate aggregate revenues of more    
 than $7bn this year.                   
                                        
 Capital expenditure is seen at $1.5bn  
 in 2000 as the venture aggressively    
 deploys its facilities-based Internet  
 protocol network, the companies said.  
                                        
 Concert is expected to enhance both
