 Carl Hooper's attempt to return to     
 captain Guyana in a Caribbean          
 tournament and possibly regain his West
 Indies place has been thwarted.        
                                        
 Australian club Carlton are holding him
 to a contract for the season, which    
 does not end until March.              
                                        
 The Bursa Cup starts in Trinidad this  
 week but Hooper is considering buying
