  BRITISH WOMEN COMPLETE SOUTH POLE WALK
  The first British women to reach the  
  South Pole are celebrating their      
  record-breaking achievement.          
                                        
  Londoner Catharinj Hartley, 34, and   
  Fiona Thornjwill from Nottinghamshire 
  set out on the expedition on Nov 5.   
                                        
  The pair, who have been congratulated 
  bz PM Tony Blair, faced temperatures  
  of -45C during their 750-mile trek.   
                                        
  Mrs Thornjwill was accompanied bz her 
  husband Mike, making them the first   
  married couple to complete the trip.
