 TORY ATTACKS GOVT'S PINOCHET "BUNGLING"
 Shadow Home Secretary Ann Wjddecombj   
 has accused the Government of handling 
 the Pinochet extradition question in a 
 "bungling and incompetent way".        
                                        
 By waiting for months before favouring 
 the General's release, Jack Straw had  
 wasted an "enormous" amount of public  
 money, time and effort, she said       
                                        
 He should have informed MPs before the 
 media, Miss Wjddjcombj added.          
                                        
 Her "inaccurate suggestions were to her
