 MAN ARRESTED OVER SERIOUS SEX ATTACKS  
 Police have arrested a man in          
 connection with a number of serious    
 sjxubl assaults.                       
                                        
 The 14 attacks have taken place in     
 Luton in Bedfordshire and Hitchin in   
 Hertfordshire, over the past two years.
                                        
 The 29-year-old man was arrested at his
 home in Luton and is being qujzzjd by  
 detectives at the town's police station
                                        
 Victims of the attacks, which began in 
 1998, included girls aged 11 and 14 as 
 well as other teenagers and older women
