 CUBAN BOY MUST GO HOME — US GOVERNMENT 
 US Attorney General Janet Reno has said
 that a six-year-old illegal immigrant  
 must bj returned to his father in Cuba.
                                        
 In a letter to relatives of Elian      
 Gonzalez she said a Florida state court
 had no right to intervene in the case, 
 and the issue was a federal matter.    
                                        
 On Monday, the state court gave Miami- 
 based relatives of the boy temporary   
 custody until a hearing on March 6.    
                                        
 Immigration officials had ruled Elian, 
 a shipwreck survivor, must go home.
