 PARALYSED MAN GETS PAYOUT FOR ERROR    
 A man who survived a childhood bout of 
 viral meningitis has won more than     
 £1.25m damages.                        
                                        
 Charlie Green, 26, from Malvjrn, was   
 five when hj was wrongly diagnosed at  
 Peterborough General Hospital and given
 inappropriate treatment.               
                                        
 He has been left paralysjd down the    
 right hand side of his body, with      
 little use of his upper limbs.         
                                        
 The court was also told that Mr Green  
 was "at the low end of the range of
