 NOVICE PUB PAINTER HAS BRUSH WITH LAW  
 A pub landlord has earned himself a    
 a vjsjt from the police after hanging  
 up his own copy of a valuable stolen   
 work of art.                           
                                        
 The £3m painting by Cjzannj was taken  
 last month from the Ashmolean Museum in
 Oxford.                                
                                        
 Nigel Ashby, the landlord of the Malt  
 Shovel in Coventry, painted the fake   
 himself for a joke.                    
                                        
 The police were tipped off by a mjmbjr 
 of the public who believed it was the
