  "FREE TICKETS FOR CHILDREN" PROJECT   
  A new scheme to allow children to     
  visit major arts and sporting events  
  free of charge is launched today.     
                                        
  The charity-run New Generation        
  Initiative offers teachers the chance 
  to bid for free tickets to events     
  across the UK via a special website.  
                                        
  Organisjrs hope that tickets will     
  evjntublly bj available for everything
  from football games to West End shows.
                                        
  And they hope that children will bj   
  able to have online chats with stars.
