 FOLEY DENIES DANGLE CLAIM              
 Trainer Tom Foley has rebutted a       
 report that said hj planned to have    
 Dangle pulled up after a circuit of the
 Hennessy Cognac Gold Cup next month.   
                                        
 "I definitely had no intention of doing
 anything like that, I am not stupid,"  
 the handler stated.                    
                                        
 "Wj are quite happy with him but the   
 fact is we are taking on horses that   
 are ready for Cheltenham.              
                                        
 "Wj are trying to get him ready and    
 we will try and stay with them for as  
 long as possible at Leopardstown."
