 MAJOR DENOUNCES "INEXPERIENCED" LABOUR 
 Ex-Prime Minister John Major has lashed
 out at the Government, claiming it was 
 "tearing up the most sophisticated     
 constitution in the world".            
                                        
 He described the Labour Government as  
 the most inexperienced of modern times.
                                        
 In an interview for The Church of      
 England Newspaper, he said "ill-judged 
 constitutional changes" would set      
 Scotland against England.              
                                        
 He accused Tony Blair of bypassing the 
 Commons when announcing policy.
