 RECEIVERS TAKING OVER AT VERSAILLES    
 Receivers are taking control at        
 Versailles Group, the finance company  
 at the centre of a fraud investigation.
                                        
 Accountants PricewaterhouseCoopers     
 (PwC) were first called in by          
 Versailles bankers shortly before      
 Christmas to examine the firm's books. 
                                        
 Versailles has since become subject to 
 a Serious Fraud Office probe and FD    
 Frederick Clough has been suspended.   
                                        
 PwC said: "There would appear to have  
 been complex, extensive and long       
 running fraud inside the company."
