 Edinburgh rider Jan Andersen has       
 expressed his disappointment after     
 failing to win a British team place.   
                                        
 Andersen, who spent last season with   
 Peterborough, said: "I'm based         
 permanently in the UK and am desperate

 Former world champion Billy Hamill has 
 agreed terms with Coventry Bees where  
 he will spend his testimonial season.  
                                        
 Hamill joins fellow Californian Greg
