 RADCLIFFE TARGETS WAMI                 
 Paula Radcliffe will take on her old   
 rival Gere Wami in Saturday's Great    
 North Cross Country hoping to boost her
 hopes of lifting the world title.      
                                        
 A win over the Ethiopian superstar     
 would be a tremendous fillip ahead of  
 their showdown in Vilamoura, Portugal. 
                                        
 Wami won her second World Cross gold   
 last March in Belfast as Radcliffe was 
 relegated to third place.              
                                        
 Kelly Holmes has withdrawn from the    
 race though on doctor's advice after a 
 slight glandular problem.
