  FOOTBALL FAVOURITE GETS THE RED CARD  
  The table-top football game Subbuteo  
  is to be axed because it can no longer
  compete against computer games.       
                                        
  A spokesman for US toymakers Hasbro   
  told The Sun: "The decision has been  
  made as a result of the huge number of
  football-related products which have  
  flooded the market in recent years."  
                                        
  Subbuteo was invented in 1947 and sold
  in over 50 countries by the 1970s.    
                                        
  But experts say traditional toys, like
  Subbuteo, cannot match computer sales.
