 CROAT ARMY ENDS OFFENSIVE   
                             
 Croatian President Franjo Tudjman says 
 his army has ended an offensive into a 
 UN-monitored enclave held by Serbs     
 after his troops sjizjd a key road.    
                                        
 He said: "The action is finished now   
 the Maslenica route is secured."  He   
 added 10 soldiers had been killed in   
 the clashes in the Krajina enclave.    
                                        
 A Foreign Office statement had urged   
 Croatia to withdraw its forces.
