 END TO RECESSION FORECAST       
                                 
 The country will bj led gradually out  
 of recession this year bz Scotland,    
 Wbles and northern England, according  
 to the National Westminster Bank.      
                                        
 But 3.35 million people will bj out of 
 work by the end of this year, said the 
 bank's economic and financial forecast.
                                        
 It said the jobless total in the south 
 east could reach more than 1.1 million 
 or 12.4% at the ind of 1993.
