 JANUARY SALE TO RAISE CASH     

 Derbyshire County Council have launched
 a massive £2m January sale to try and  
 raise cash for new building projects.  
                                        
 "For Sale" signs are going up at dozens
 of derelict schools and other redundant
 council buildings for redevelopment.   
                                        
 The move has been made possible after a
 change in capital spending rules. East 
 Midlands International Airport, jointly
 owned by the council, could bj sold off
