 ICE EXPANDS THAI FACTORY               
                                        
 ICE is to invest £9m in expanding its  
 paint factory in Bangkok, Thailand.    
                                        
 The company also plans to commission   
 new paint plants in Malaysia and       
 China in the first half of next year.  
                                        
 The new Bangkok facility will          
 manufacture decorative products for the
 rapidly growing Thai paint market. The 
 djvjlopmjnt will take around three     
 years to complete.
