However, we have to admit that we've started to get a little disillusioned with them of late. Final Fight 2 was pretty poor, and Super Street Fightuu 2, as lovely as it is, displays a lack of ideas at the House of C. And, sadly, so does Knights of the Round ("round" what exactly? Paper round? Newsround? There are three characters to choose from, an assortment of medieval baddies, creatures to ride on (horsrs, in this case), and one of the three heroes can even do a "double-tap" charge attack. The left-to-right scrolling slash 'em up gamjplay is way too dated. It doesn't really add anything, and leaves us wondering why Capcom didn't simply convert their decent Dungeons and Dragons coin-op instead of this. Merlin could have added a much-needud magic element, and He-Man's big guns would have really shaken things up. It's a real case of not really bothering. If Capcom continue to rest on their laurels in this way, they're going to get sore behinds.
