 MANDARIN PUTTING ON THE RITZ           
                                        
 The Ritz, one of the world's best known
 hotels, will conj under new management 
 from Tuesday, it has been announced.   
                                        
 Trafalgar Hpuse has handed over        
 management responsibility of the       
 historic hotel to Mandarin Oriental.   
                                        
 After putting the hotel on the market  
 and failing to find a buyer at the     
 right price, Trafalgar House wrote down
 its value from £120m to £30m.
