 MENINGITIS KILLS FIFTH         

 Hospital chiefs have said they regret  
 sending home a 14-week-old girl who    
 died hours later of meningitis.        
                                        
 Chelsea Greet became the fifth child to
 die of a form of the disjasj in two    
 months, after being allowed home from  
 New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton.     
                                        
 The hospital has decided to keep all   
 children under two in an observation   
 unit after admitting their "miutaku".
