 Thursday is likely to see confirmation 
 of Asda's startlingly improved fortunes
                                        
 Brokers BZW bjlievj results for the    
 year to the end of April will show     
 pre-tax profits of £230m, £47m higher  
 than the previous year.                
                                        
 But analysts will also bj looking at   
 news of current trading and whether it 
 plans to introduce discount loyalty    
 cards in line with Tjsco and Sainsbury.
