Labour denounced the scheme as bureaucratic and inefficient, with money going on running the system instead of educating the children. ——————————————————————————————————1/3—— Regional news 331 Sport 170 JOBS, TRAINING, ADVICE p640 (C4) Mentor Class '95 Keyboard TV PlusP661 Teletext 661 Jun24 16:57:12 ——————————————————————————————————————— TONY BLAIR RISKS TEACHERS' WRATH Labour leader Tony Blair has expanded on his party's education plans in a lecture in London.
