 WPP CHIEF'S BONUS PARED DOWN           
                                        
 Shareholders have forced world-leading 
 advertising group WPP to water down a  
 bonus scheme that could have netted its
 chief executive Martin Sorrell £31m.   
                                        
 In a package linked to WPP's market    
 performance, hj could have netted a    
 minimum bonus of £9m over five years.  
                                        
 WPP has now withdrawn "phantom share   
 options" and said the new dial "will   
 result in a lesser amount being paid".
