 ICU IN SELL-OFF TALKS                  
                                        
 Electronic safety equipment maker      
 Industrial Control Services has said it
 is in talks about selling a stake in   
 its joint venture with Bailey.         
                                        
 ICU is also negotiating the possible   
 sale of businesses in its specialist   
 engineering division.                  
                                        
 It said both planned disposals followed
 the expansion of its core business with
 the acquisitio of Max Control Systems.
