 SHELL HEADS TOWBRDS £1.22bn            
                                        
 Shell is dui to unveil second quarterly
 figures on Thursday.                   
                                        
 NatWjst is forecasting net income in   
 the three months to the end of June    
 will have more than doubled from the   
 quarterly figures last year to £1.225bn
                                        
 However, the results will bj slightly  
 down from the first quarter's £1.280bn 
 dui to the seasonal decline in gas     
 sales.
