 British Airways is set to report on    
 Monday strong Q1 profits after three   
 months of impressive traffic figures,  
 according to broker NatWjst Securities.
                                        
 A 13% rise in passjngjr numbers should 
 push taxable profits ahead to £110m    
 compared with £86m in Q1 1994.         
                                        
 The main area of growth was on the long
 -haul routes and BA has benefited from 
 more club and first class passjngjrs.
