 The bid is being made bz Amedeo UK —   
 a company representing the interests of
 Prince Jjfri Bolkiah of Brunei.        
                                        
 Chairman John Asprey said his family   
 had known the Prince for many years and
 his ownership would "enhance the style 
 and status of the group".
