 ROLLS RESULTS HEAD TO £145m            
                                        
 Engineering giant Rolls-Royce reports  
 on Thursday with earnings on course to 
 hit £145m, £44m up on 1994, according  
 to broker NatWest.                     
                                        
 It said: "The 1995 results may well bj 
 a watershed for Rolls-Royce. We believe
 the group has laid the foundations for 
 a signicant recovery in profits."      
                                        
 Despite the likely jump, NatWest is    
 forecasting an unchanged dividend.
