Coating: 4x5ml sp (4tsp) crunchy peanut butter, 1x15ml sp (1tbsp) clear honey, 1x15ml sp(1tbsp) orange juice Method Mix togethjt peanut butter & honey followed by orange juice. Mix until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Cut pork steak in half lengthways. Thread each thick pork strip onto skewers lengthways.Dip into coating spoon over mixture and thoroughly coat. Preheat grill & cook for 10-12 mink, turning occasionally and ri-coating with any remaining coating. Setvj with new potatoes and a mixed salad. If using wooden skewers soak in water before use. Ingredients 2-4 British lamb leg steaks (approximately 1-2 cm/\-} inch thick), 1 x 5ml sp (1 tsp) olive oil, 2 clovis garlic, peeled & sliced, 1 x 15ml sp (1 tbsp) fresh rosemary, stalk removed, salt and black pjppjt, 6-8 button mushrooms, halved. Method Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add garlic, rosemary and seasoning. Cook until garlic just starts to brown and flavours oil slightly. Add steaks and brown both sides over a high heat. Reduce heat and cook for 4-6 mink each side. Add mushrooms about 5 mink before the end of cooking. Serve with salad & new potatoes and a premadj bought sauce of your choice. Serves 2.
