 with his record label.                 
                                        
  TAFKAP wanted to release THREE LPs   
   simultaneously on July 19 and so free
   himself from his contractual         
   obligations to Warner Bros.          
                                        
  A spokjspjrson for Warnjrs told      
   Teletext, "The waring parties are    
   locked in negotiations, but still no 
   njarit a mutually acceptable         
   agreement."
